COLD BREW OVERNIGHT PROTEIN OATS
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other favorite milk
- 1/3 cup Lucky Jack Original Cold Brew Concentrate
- 1/3 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt**
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup protein powder of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Divide between 2 small bowls or mason jars.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

LUCKY ESPRESSO MARTINI
— SERVES 1 —
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Lucky Jack Original Coffee Concentrate
- ½ oz of simple syrup
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a (chilled) martini glass.
- Garnish with a couple of coffee beans.

COLD BREW ENERGY BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup Lucky Jack Caramel Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 TBSP maca powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Extra hemp seeds & cocoa nibs for rolling
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, blend dates, almonds and walnuts until they blended into a paste.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Scoop & roll tablespoon sized balls in cocoa nibs or hemp seeds.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter, creamy
- 1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder (any kind)
- 1 Lucky Jack Old School
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth

LUCKY JACK CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lucky Jack Triple Jack
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 TBSP honey
- 14 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 5 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon coca nibs
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except cocoa nibs and coconut and pour into a sealed mason jar.
- Let chill for 4 hours (or overnight).
- Top with Coco Nibs and Shredded coconut and enjoy!

LUCKY JACK POPSICLES
— SERVES 8 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup Lucky Jack Mocha Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup cacao powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 60 minutes.
- Remove from freezer to add popsicle sticks then return to freezer until solid and enjoy!

LUCKY JACK PANCAKES
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Lucky Jack Original Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Butter a pan over low heat then scoop in about 1/4 cup batter into each pancake.
- Cook 2 minutes until edges are lightly golden then flip pancakes and finish cooking on other side.

LUCKY JACK SAKETINI
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 bottle Lucky Jack Triple Jack
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons of your milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Ice
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake and pour Triple Jack in shaker over ice.
- Pour in the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake and pour in martini glass
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon

LUCKY JACK Protein Shake
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of Lucky Jack Sweet Thing (can substitute with Old School or Triple Jack)
- 2 tablespoons of your milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake and pour Lucky Jack in blender over ice.
- Pour in the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend ingredients and enjoy!
Coffee Chia Pudding
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Lucky Jack Old School (or Nitro Cold Brew of your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the coffee, milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey and cacao powder in blender.
- Pour chia seeds in two containers (with lids).
- Pour blended ingredients over chia seeds and shake.
Frozen Coffee Coconut Smoothie
— SERVES 2 —
INGREDIENTS
- Frozen cubes of Lucky Jack coffee
- Splash of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Chocolate syrup
- Coconut chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the coffee cubes, milk and cacao powder in blender.
- Dip the top of your cups in chocolate
- Pour in blended ingredients and top with coconut chips.
