We carefully source only the finest coffee beans from small farms in Papua New Guinea, Peru and Honduras, where a rare, high-altitude microclimate slows growth and yields hard, dense beans with richer, more nuanced flavor profiles.
All of our coffee is hand-roasted on site to the point of perfection— bringing out the full bodied flavors of our beans with notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus. Never burned and never bitter!
